No.  Pending your background check comes back with a "Proceed" you will take possession of your firearm right then (Pistol or rifle).  Our background checks are ran electronically and we receive a response within minutes.  If you have a conceal carry license no background check is needed.

Ok- you find a firearm online you want to buy and purchase the firearm from the dealer.  Upon payment they will ask for you to select a FFL to send the firearm to.  You can then simply enter our FFL information (FFL#5-75-23499) and they will handle the rest.  Your firearm ships, we call you when it arrives, you come fill out your electronic 4473 and leave with the firearm.  All firearms must ship to a FFL first.

We make buying Silencers easy.  You come in - find the one you want and pay for it (and the $200 NFA Tax Stamp).  While you're here we will submit all of your paperwork called a ATF E-Form 4 (electronically).  We are a one stop shop and do everything in house that is needed to get you your suppressor (fingerprint cards, passport photos).  There is no additional paperwork or tasks needed to be completed by you - WE DO IT ALL.

Current E-Form 4 wait times are about 8-9 months.  However, we provide an option to let you use your suppressor while you wait (on YOUR gun).  We will fill you in on the details upon purchase.
